Half bangle with a French import stamp, made of 18k rose gold and the diamonds/ stones set in silver. Probably Edwardian but the middle row stones are probably a newer replacement. The smaller stones are beautiful natural rose cut diamonds. The larger stones are CZ or some other simulant. Also had to double check they look great! Inner diameter 6.5 inches. The gold has some discoloration but I can remove it and make it shiny for you if you prefer.
