This ring is drop dead gorgeous in person. True daisy style with a beautiful subtle contrast between a light yellow center and bright white old mine cuts in the halo, the sparkle is strong on this one ;)
* 18k white gold, hallmarked for purity, size 8 and sizeable. The setting is in good condition other than minor scratches and it could use a polish to look like new. I can include this service with the price of the ring, just let me know you would like to have it done on the check out and allow me 2 extra business days.
* The ring faces 9.8mm in diameter, weights 2.3 grams
* The center diamond is a transitional or early brilliant that is on the Very Light yellow on the GIA scale ( N-R), in wich the hue is a true light yellow as opposed to a brown tint, just a beautiful rock for the lovers of warm diamonds. I would grade the diamond a slightly included clarity, there is a small pair of very small feathers on one of the crown facets, ( if you zoom into the first photo you may see it, my photos are enlarged over 30x) completely eye clean and crystal clear otherwise. As a side note my gemologist thinks the diamond is a L-M but to be safe, I have rated it N-R.
* The center measures 5.5mm aprox. and faces as a 0.61ct , however a calculation of weight including the depth indicates it weights around 0.55ct. The diamonds on the halo are full cut old mine cuts with tall little crowns and they are colorless and/or very near colorless, and of very slightly and slightly included clarity. They create a bright white contrast to the center, like a true daisy flower with a light yellow center and bright white petals <3. The diamonds in the halo weight about 4 points each or 0.48ct total, bringing the total carat weight of the ring to between 1.03 -1.13 carats.
