HOW TO PURCHASE
Items are available on Instagram first. I usually post new items on Sundays after 2pm pst. To purchase an item send me a direct message with your email requesting an invoice when the item is posted. I also might post random items on my instagram stories and website during the week days, so it's helpful to have notifications on if you don't wanna miss anything. If an item does not sell the same day I will make it available on my website as soon as possible but you can always check my instagram posts to see what is available.
I offer a small discount for items paid with zelle/wire. Send me a message if you'd like top pay this way.
LAYAWAY
I will consider layaway on a case by case basis, usually 3 months with a 20% down. It never hurts to ask especially if an item is not sold right away. I'm pretty flexible however keep in mind I will not refund any part of a layway payment. I also will not transfer any part of a layaway payment if to a different item if you decide you want to purchase a different item instead.
If an item is been listed for a while I am also open to considering offers but I work with a very small margin so be reasonable! I always try to give my very best price upfront.
RETURNS
I will only take an item back for a full refund if the item is proven not as described. Once you have made payment, even a partial payment I will not refund any part of it for any reason or transfer it to a different item.
Will consider returns on a case by case basis for other than not as described on larger ticket items such as large natural diamonds, or unsizeable items ( eternity bands) , if discussed prior to purchase.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
I offer free insured USPS shipping on any item within the USA. I For international shipping please contact me for a quote. Usually between $39-$55 with USPS.
If you require specific shipping arrangements contact me and we can work together, otherwise I will choose the shipping method that I find most convenient. Customs fees vary per country, please be aware of your country's rules, as you are responsible for any duty/import payment.
CAN YOU SIZE MY RING?
Most rings can be sized unless it's an eternity band. I can size your ring for a nominal fee, but it takes my local team a bit long to size, usually 2 weeks fyi. Please contact me to price the sizing of your ring by instagram DM.
DO YOUR ITEMS COME WITH APPRAISALS?
Unless the item came with an appraisal to me I do not provide appraisals but I invite you to get your own appraisal done by a certified appraiser and GIA gemologist on any piece you purchase from me, for your own insurance purposes and records. I am a GIA diamond graduate and have extensive experience.
I know that there is nothing worse than to receive a misrepresented item I work hard to describe my pieces exactly as they are, my goal is to make sure you are happy, so I please contact me if you think if you have any concerns after you receive your piece.
ADITIONAL TERMS
By purchasing an item from my store you understand that it's a vintage/antique and has been worn and/or is not new, hence it may have normal wear including things such as light wear to gemstones ( most if not ALL antique diamonds/ gems have small blemishes and chips, unless the stone has been newly repolished) and shank thinning that may not be disclosed on my listing, other than major flaws I do not disclose normal wear and tear on pieces.
