Adorable 17 inches long 14k yellow gold necklace. The back of the bird is marked 585 for 14k gold and the chain is marked 14k italy on the spring clasp, I am not sure that the chain is original to the piece, it may be a replacement with the bird being much older than the chain.
The bird has lovely features and a 6 points old mine cut diamond hanging off it's beak with a tiny ruby eye. The bird measures 30mm wide and 18mm tall, I love this piece !!
