Dimensions: weights a heavy 6.74 grams, 2 inches of 5cm long and 9.7mm at it's widest point

Marks/metal: Not marked, tested platinum

Stones: 0.60CTW in diamonds , G-H and VS2-SI1 on average, and 5 3.5mm cream colored pearls.

Condition: In very good condition with normal wear on the metal, the needle is slightly bent.
