Opal and 18k gold ring

The top piece of this ring used to belong to a vintage brooch. I added an 18 karat gold band to make an awesome ring. The opal is a doublet with a layer of real opal on the top on and a black material on the back. The ring fits a size 7, could be sized. 

It measures 1 in Long. The Obama has a lot of red and pinks that didn't really show up on the picture, but it looks awesome in person.
