SAPPHIRE AND ROSE CUT DIAMOND NAVETTE RING

Awesome large navette with rose cut diamonds and natural sapphires forming a flower in the center, pretty unique. One of the sapphires was replaced with a glass stone at some point, I wanted to replace it but the glass matches the  color of the other stones so well and it is virtually indistinguishable unless tested. 

The ring measures 1.26in North-South or 32.30mm, made of 14k gold with the gems set in silver, weights 5.05 grams, currently a size 7 that can be sized easily.
