1.75CTW EMERALD AND OLD EUROPEAN CUT DIAMOND FRENCH RING

An early 20th century ring in 18k rose-y tone gold, with diamond prongs in platinum. The ring has the eagle head stamp indicative that it is a French piece, there is also a blurry serial number.  I could not quite translate the color of this emerald on my pictures, but it is one of the nicest green I've seen in a while, a deep strong green.  The current video on my instagram feed translates the color best at least on my screens. The emerald presents inclusions forming what is commonly known as "jardin", a garden inside an emerald which can make an emerald appear to glow from within. There is very little surface wear on this stone considering the age of the ring, it is really much nicer in person.

Emerald measures 6.4x4.7x3.65mm and calculates to 0.75ct, and there is 1ctw of chubby old european cut diamonds, mostly G-I color and vs clarity.

Currently a size 7.25, ring faces 13.4mm by 10.6mm.
