These gorgeous earrings date to early 20th century, with the highest french craftsmanship of the period, highly detailed settings and extremely well matched diamonds that are very bright and fiery. Rare pair of really stunning earrings!
Dimensions: weight 4.17grams, base of the earrings is 9.2mm and they drop 15mm in length.
Marks/metal: horse head stamp indicating french origin and gold content test 18k, with the prongs and top gallery testing platinum.
Stones: The bottom diamonds have a slight cushiony shape, typical high crown and deep pavilion of old stone with very bright centers and overall very pleasant to the eye, both have a large diameter of 5.5mm, average diameter of 5.35mm and depth of 3.7mm and both calculate to approx. 0.67CT each with a 0.05ct stone on top of each for a total of 1.45CTW
Color/clarity: I-J color ( GIA standards, the cut makes them face whiter in my eyes), VVS2-VS2 no inclusions seen under 10x
Condition: Excellent condition with minor metal wear.
