A pretty fine example of this classic Victorian combo, striking blue enamel surrounded by pearls, with a flower motif in the center encrusted in rose cut diamonds, it appears to not be a conversion but actually made as a ring, althought the shank may or may not be original.
The ring is a rather large size facing 30mm by 23mm, shank tests 14k to 15k gold, all diamonds / pearls seem original to the ring with no repairs. The diamonds are set on a silver flower, with lovely patina. Very light wear to the enamel.
Ring is a size 5.5 - 5.75 currently but can be sized.
