Beautiful mourning ring , the center amethyst color is really beautiful against the soft off white pearls, in very good condition overall and with a inscription on the back that reveals it was made in memory of a person who died Sep 3 , 1846 aged 22 years, I can't quite make up the name because some letters are faded.
Size 4.5, it could go up a couple of sizes so please inquire. Has a mark that looks like a M inside the shank, test between 14k and 18k gold, and the front faces 11.5mm x 13.1mm , with the amethyst facing 5.3mm x 4mm .
