Beautiful antique ring likely dating to early 1800's. The lower part of the shank was rebuilt at some point but matches well in thickness and shape. The gorgeous cobalt blue enamel work is in very good condition, and so vibrant and interesting, there is a pattern on it but the color is so vibrant that my camera couldn't capture it, the back of the ring hugs the finger nicely and makes it very comfortable to wear, also has a very low profile.
Dimensions: weights 4.3grams, measures 22.3mm north south and 10.07mm east west. This ring is a size 8 1/4 and may be sized.
Marks/metal: Not marked, top of the ring is silver and shank and bottom of the face are a rosey gold, tests between 12k and 14k gold.
Stones: 3 center old mine cut diamonds face approx. 0.18CT total, face near colorless and average SI clarity, the rose cut diamonds set on the edges makes it impossible to obtain a total carat weight including them.
Condition: Wear consistent with age, small abrasions to diamonds seen under loupe, shank was rebuilt, small nicks to the enamel seen under loupe.
