ANTIQUE TWIN HEARTS RING WITH PINK AND BLUE SAPPHIRES

Oh my.. one of my favorite styles in a very rare combination of baby blue and pink natural sapphire pears with rose cut diamond accents. 19th century ring in unstamped 18k rich and buttery yellow gold. I can not think of a sweetest most romantic ring.. or even as a gift for a mother, just lovely.
The ring is a size 7 3/4 and weights 3.75 grams. Measures 12.7mm east - west and 11.1mm north south.
The ring has had some repairs and some diamonds were replaced and pink sapphire was secured. Does not take from the beauty of the ring.
