Fabulous late 19th century brooch with over 2 carats of sparkly old mine cuts and a Bumese ruby accompained by GIA report number 5192953890 indicating the ruby is free of treatement. This stone is beyond beautiful with a desirable deep red hue and saturation, measures 5.80 x 4.31 x 3.53 mm.
The brooch is made of yellow gold topped with silver, pin clasp may have been replaced with a later safety clasp. Measures 2.3 inches / 58mm, weights 5.88 grams.
