- The ruby is 3.8mm in diameter, vivid bright red ruby, has small abrasion on top under magnification, I spot some tiny internal bubbles inside the ruby so for all purposes I believe the ruby is synthetic, but there is also a chance that it could be natural.
- 2 tiny diamond makes for the eyes of the serpent
